CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please cancel or reschedule online using the Acuity confirmation email that was sent to you. If you are cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, please call us at 206-902-7608 and leave a message, as the system does not allow online cancellation after our policy window.

You receive a confirmation email, 49-hour reminder, and 24- hour reminder from our automated system.

• No shows with no contact will be charged full price.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service price unless that spot can be filled. You are welcome to have someone you know come in your place with notice that you are doing so.

• Plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment so we can begin on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled time before we cancel your appointment and charge full price.
